I don't think it really works. Mine tells me people are only ten miles away but they are in Birmingham and I'm currently in Chippenham. I won't be in Birmingham til later on.  |

Perhaps it does know my intention 
I guess it works on postcode rather than gps. |

I call it the Fab-dar and only use it if I'm on a night out - I've never had any success with it though.
Had a thought once about arranging some kind of sexy 'man (woman) hunt' using this feature - but not sure about the finer details. |

I'm not sure it's always very accurate. We were out with some friends and even though we were stood next to each other, it showed us being 2 miles apart.
Although that doesn't stop me looking when I'm in the pub and trying to spot who the nearest people could be. I'm easily amused  |

I use it quite a lot travelling as much as I do it can be a very handy tool.
I did meet a lovely lady recently using it be we have stayed in contact and meeting Monday so don't be put off by it |
