I have to agree about the voyeuristic bit... I guess it's like a porn shoot happening right in front of you.... but I also enjoy the whole connection you can feel between each other... pleasuring each other.... even when there's no bi action at all. That's a very good question and it's something I have wanted to try for a long time now but don't necessarily have a reason why.
Is it a fantasy derived from porn? Possibly.
