Me and my wife are thinking of buying a large Villa in Portugal and doing Bed and Breakfast for Swingers. We will collect you and drop you at the airport. All week during the day you can stay by the pool or hire a car and do what you like. Then every night we can take you in a big group to one of the holiday resorts (different one every night) to eat and go shopping. We would like other swingers thoughts. Many thanks Mike |

Sounds really good.
Take into account that the weather is only really good from May to September. It is really dull and miserable in winter.
In what area of the Algarve did you think about investing? |

We thought long and hard about going to the same sort of set up and decided it was a no for us as if on arrival you found no one compatible then it would be both very awkward and a waste of money.
We are in the business so are aware of the pitfalls of running guest accommodation.

It will be in the Algarve what part we don't know yet. We have looked at a number of villas some with loads of land and some with more than 1 villa. We will have more than enough money to buy the villa so we wouldn't be worried if we didn't fill all of the rooms every week. It is just something we have been thinking about for a while. |
