"What do people think of my profile and do I need to do anything to it" Profile looks average to me, nothing about it makes it stand out, polite enough and the pics are ok, I think you may struggle with meets because you will be up against better prepared profiles, read what others have put and if it applies to you then pinch it and re-word it slightly and use that  | |||
