Ha spent a fair bit of time in Peru. There are a number of ingredients that would ale a stew interesting.   |

My slow cooker works overtime in the winter. Load it up I the morning. Leave it on low all day. Get home from work. Mmmmmmmmm scrummy. Cook all sorts in it. Curry, chilli, stew, goulash's. Yum |
