Blimey...I hope your hubby got the shot gun out. Cheeky bleeder.
Not nice at all, I have kids so I'd be mortified if someone turned up at my door uninvited. |

thanks for the replies no J didnt get to go to the door as he thought it was our neighbour knocking that time at night having one off her many crisis lol....i was shocked and told him he had the wrong address was shocked to be honest that something this much fun could turn dangerous but its ok i got the baseball bat and the rough end of a pineapple if the f****r comes back ....we have messaged him asking for an explanation of his actions but as of yet he has not replied ....slowly losing my faith on single guy meets now which is wrong as i do enjoy the genuine ppl we have met xx |

Most single guys wouldnt dream of doing that but must admit, its bound to make you think twice. I have heard of similar cases, mainly from single ladies being pestered.
In future, I would only concentrate on guys who have a few verifications. The guy in question might have had a few, I dont know, and I realise its still no guarantee.
Good luck anyway. Have fun |

I had an older lady I used to text a lot and we were moving toward a meet. When I didn't text her for a couple of days once she went bonkers at me.
She apologised a few days later but I just thought 'no thanks, I don't need a stalker' and stopped texting her back. |

I only meet single guys and 95% of the meets are in my home. I've NEVER had a single man overstep his boundaries and turn up at my house unannounced, and most of them are local to me. One of my playmates we used to bump into each other in Sainsbury's, we were both on our own and just barely acknowledged each other. We didn't stop in the middle of the frozen section for a chin wag - and we've been playing together for three years...boundaries!!!
This is not the first tale I've read about men turning up unannounced, someone posted this week about taking a taxi to a meets house and he turned up at hers as he knew the taxi owner and he gave him her address!!!
This was a totally unacceeptable thing for this man to do, but please don't tar all single men with the same brush.
In three years I've not encountered a timewaster as I always meet socially first to gauge the type of person they are. I've been able to spot a few unsavourary characters that way for sure! |

Was he pissed? I can't believe anyone would be so outrageous to act like that without being tanked up. I reckon a seeing to with the baseball bat would have been the best outcome really. |

We don't ever give out our home address to any one - we always meet in a pub round the corner and they only get invited back if we're totally happy, can't imagine giving a random bloke who I had never met my address. Z |
