I spend ages typing what I believe is a thoughtful genuine honest message, Obviously to someone I would really love to meet up with, Only to find they don't even bother to respond "no thanks" "piss off" "not my type", No they message nothing back, Meanwhile i'm thinking are they gonna respond, oh i really hope they will, I'll give them a couple of days maybe they're busy, Then I see the message deleted and I think oh bollocks not another one. This is how hard it is to be a single man on this site, Sometimes you just can deal with the knock backs  |

As stated in rules, regulations and FAQs it is not regarded or intended as bad manners not to get a reply. No reply=no interest.
Your best bet is to delete your sent messages to eliminate your stress and bother. |

Is the lack of a reply not a clear indication that they aren;t interested?
Seriously what difference would thanks but no thanks make other than to pander to your neediness or give you the option to attempt to get them to change their mind? |

For every well thought out message we must receive 20, ill conceived, rude or pointless messages. It pee's me right off. We tend to reply to most messages even if they've blatantly not read our profile but I'm leaning toward just ignoring and blocking the guys who can't be arsed reading our profile. |

It's unfortunate but as has been said above, no reply = not interested.
Happens to most of us guys, most of the time! So you're certainly not alone!
It used to upset me a bit too, after all that effort, but as soon as you accept the way the site 'works' the more enjoyment you'll get out of it!
Expect no reply, so if one comes it's a bonus

I do not reply if I am not interested. I would expect that to be taken that no reply means no problem thanks. I used to find if I reply saying sorry then I get guys still replying thinking they can change my mind |

If I was to reply to every message that came through, I would have a part time job!! I'm clear in my profile my likes and stuff.
Personally I like a well written thoughtful message but if your not my type, I won't reply, it's mean but you have to be sometimes x |

I think your opening statement about leaving a few times will go against you.
people will suspect you have left because of impatience or being previously reported/banned etc etc..
have you actually looked around at what other people are doing to meet?- yes even us single men! |

The problem I find is you send a message then see statuses saying too many messages do I'm deleting them so you never know if someone is interested or not, I understand women must get plenty of messages, I don't mind getting a rejection reply as I think it's manners but it's each to their own |

I think if i were a guy on here i would probably prefer to have someone who isnt interested to just delete my message rather than reply with the truth as to why i dont appeal to them.

I reply to messages I receive, even though they dont send me a face pic,
which is requested in my profile even though I state im not going to do that. I have deleted though without reply because of this, its not difficult to send a face pic |

It's deemed to be ok to ignore anyone you're not interested in. I try to answer everyone who makes an effort to message me. It doesn't take long to say no thank you. It's sad really that people think you're the bad guy for wanting a reply. We seem to have lost our manners in our quest for sex. |

You may feel your messages are well thought out, but you are messaging those people, so think of it like junk mail as they have not asked you specifically to message them, therefore if you have and they aren't interested then your message goes in the bin, just like every piece of junk mail that gets posted through your front door does. Junk mail can come personalised with your name on too but I bet you don't reply to it |

Look at your profile through the eyes of a single female or a couple. What do you bring to the table. You have four cock shots as your only photos. Your profile is nothing substantive other than a somewhat porn inspired fantasy and a pretty poor attitude. Now this may be entirely wrong but it is how it comes across.

Tbh i don't even reply to all the guys i am interested in. Just not possible to do sometimes.
Half the time you wonder if it's even worth starting a conversation because all many people seem to be able to talk about is sex, or planning meets for sex, and i find that boring if i'm not looking for sex. I shove statuses up now saying i'm not looking for sex (when not looking) so i don't have to reject half the site. |

The bottom line is you need patience and as you already may be aware a thick skin ,brutal answers are common ,women havnt got time and many not all have inflated egos because they get in many cases unwarranted interest much of which is just downright pervy,so their patience wears thin and they block delete ,just reduce size of message save yourself a bit of time and always read their profiles it sometimes gives you something to work with ,I would wish you luck but you are reducing my chances so I won't hehe hey I'm only kidding |
