"Agreed, off off off! Personally i find a big black thatch of hair down there quite offputting and i make the effort to be smooth x"
I keep the "downstairs" trimmed but not the belly/chest.
I'd be worried if you had to make an effort to keep your chest smooth :p |

"So I've been told I'd look better after a chest/belly wax or shave what do you guys reckon keep the copious amounts of fluffy fur or whip it off?"
Animals are supposed to be hairy. Keep it trimmed, keep it clean, always smell nice and pay attention to other details too... nails, eyebrows and teeth. |

How do you "trim" chest hair?
Clippers on say grade 3? |

I'm taking some advice here, I'm nicley trimmed below but I think I could do with maybe a little off the chest but I couldn't shave or wax it, that's not for me and I'm no Olympic gold medal hope in the swimming |

I absolutely adore hairy chests and stomachs. I even don't mind hairy backs! What I like most is a person who is comfortable in their own skin, so you do what ever you feel like, for you. |

Urs should stay where it is. That kind of fluff is lovely to touch. |

OP when I first read this I was thinking you'd be like King Kong and yucky but your hair is perfect, and manly.
I'd certainly be saying keep, just remember everyone has different tastes and you should do what YOU want, not what a bunch of people who you probably never meet want |

I have fine hair on my chest and stomach which is invisible to the eye. Mr N has a lovely hairy chest and stomach which I would hate him to wax or shave so for me I prefer men to keep what they have. |

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
"As long as the hair is on the chest and not the back and shoulders - that'll do for me ?? x"
So men like that should shave the inaccessible bits and leave the accessible bits alone...!
I never felt comfortable around swimming pools on holiday, primarily because of the shoulders, and to an extent the back.
However, going to clubs helped me to be more accepting of myself, and while I accept that I'm too hairy for some, I ain't shaving (other than downstairs) for anyone.
Luckily it's all going grey at a rate of knots, so soon you'll hardly see it until it's too late! |

I am hairy, I don't like it but I've come to accept it, or at least some of it.
Down below I'm always shaved smooth, my back & shoulders are regularly waxed.
I once used veet on my chest & stomach, I resembled a plucked turkey!! I hated that more than the hairy front.
I have used clippers poss grade 3/4, I liked the look of it, however, I then found that it itched like mad for a couple of days & the hairs stick through your tshirts!!
So thats why I accept some of it |

"Keep! For me personally I don't like too hairy... ie a rug. If you like it keep it, it's your body and your choice."
Tbh it's something I have near zero care about so it doesn't bother me if it's there or not lol.
