Hosting Parties – Advice needed
It has been my good fortune to host a couple of parties for Asian Couples and it was something that it would please me to do again.
The trouble was getting couples to confirm and that were happy with each other.
There would always be a lot of initial interest, some couples would say straight away that the chosen date didn’t suit their commitments, others would be interested but would have a clash with mother nature.
The biggest drag, was couples understandably, wanting to know who else was attending. Knowing who has been asked and who will 100% turn up are two different things so it was almost impossible to give a commitment
One of my good friends has now left the site and another couple has moved away so it would mean starting over.
My house has a proper bar which is ideal for socialising and breaking the ice.
Ideally it would please me to host around four couples.
Has anybody any advice? I think finding a co-host would help
