If you mean the clit itself then that is a lot more intrusive over the usual hoot piercing.
If you mean the hood then it's only really a piece of thin skin so doesn't hurt too much at all |

on the pain side it's actually not too bad, i am a piercer and have done many, only had one customer who said it hurt a lot and she passed out, the clit don't get pierced it's actually the hood |

I can only speak for myself but mine really hurt when I had it done
Seriously you can't be sticking needles in yourself and it not hurt, lots will say they didn't feel a thing to make them sound hard, they're liars course you bloody felt it  |

I cum all over the piercers fingers as he pinched the clit hood just before piercing me. Never used any pain relief.

I had my hood done and the piercing itself wasn't painful but when the lignocaine wore off it 'smarted' somewhat and I was very tender walking for days.
I took mine out though as most had no clue what to do with it. A lot seemed to think it was fun to pull on it - err no. It just hurt!  |
