i had my check up at my 5 weekly stage and was all clear, but i overheard inwaiting /room that a bird telling someone on fone she had syphilis and never had any symptoms and could not remember all the partners and started laughing |

What's a mild STD? Like thrush or crabs? I saw a topic on here about a guy with crabs asking if there was a quick way to get rid of therm coz he had a meet that night, i've no doubt some people would meet up and pass this stuff on yeah. |

m y thread comes about from my check up at the keep healthy clinic and the part i overheard and the thrush is seen as a mild form, some dont see it as a std on here

Thrush isn't a sexually transmitted disease as such although it can be passed to a partner it can also come about from taking antibiotics, wearing man made fabrics, strongly perfumed bath products etc. |

Not read that. thrush isn't an STI and people reckon it isn't able to be passed on but i have had it and passed it onto my ex-partner. |

I don't class thrush as an std as you can get it without sexual contact. However, it is easily passed on if you do have sex. Even though I play safe I wouldn't have a meet if I was aware I had any sort of disease or infection. It's just not worth the risk. Wouldn't meet if I had a cold sore either |

Some STI, STD can test negative, even though you have it. As they say the test results are only good for the day of the test, the day after all things could be different. |

Thrush isn't a classed as a STI. You can transmit it during close sexual contact, but the same can be said for flu, cold, meningitis, eye infections etc. Etc. And they are not STIs either |
