In the old sailing ship days of H.M.Navy, certain boys on board ship were known as "Peg Boys".
This was a demeaning name given to them, as their main purpose was to be available for the crews pleasure.
Apparently they got the name because they were required to sit on pegs of varying sizes so that they were loose for penetration as and when needed.  
Is this what the O.P means by pegging?

pegging
this is to place cloths pegs on your partner or your self were you grip the skin/flesh between the clamp end of the peg
on a guy you place the pegs on his bits till ither he cant take any more or yo run out of space to place them
on a girl you ithere or place them on her tits of bits below untill ither no space remanes or she cant take any more
after you run out of space or thay cant take it any more leav them on for as long as posible
then ither take them off 1 at a time by normle way you take peggs off your cliths or flit them 1 at a time with your finger or sumthing like a ruler/cane stick pen ecsetra
or simply do as i love to do to my GF and wack them in a bunch with your hand nocking as meny off as you posibly can do and repeet till non are left on (i love them all over my bits and wackd off in bunches)
ither way you take them off it leavs the peg clamp mark on them or you
this is good fun and a cheap way of a thrill its uber good fun putting them on and takeing them off
