20 cock pics is clearly excessive. I personally don't care if I see even one. I'm not picky about dicks, so it isn't gunna matter much to me.
However, having one or two pics can be useful for people who are more specific about their dick requirements (size, cut or uncut, etc). But a profile should have more than just a cock pic, and I don't think any profile needs more than 2 or 3 cock pics (mixed with other pics).

There's one displayed in the public folder albeit soft. There are two or three (hard but as part of another pose rather than just cock pics) in the private folder. Anyone we intend meeting will see all we have, and we wouldn't meet anyone without seeing at least one cock pic, public or private. |

If you've got 100 pictures in total then I wouldn't think 20 was excessive (although I'd be impressed if you could think of 20 different ways to display your cock). If you've got 21 pictures in total, then 20 might feel a bit excessive.... |

I learnt something this weekend though. We posted a selection of full body partially nude pics of myself and one close up boob pic. First time we've done a close up body part of me. But that close up had got considerably more Fabs than the full length body pics. I'm guessing men see things differently. Women like to see a whole person, whereas men like a sexual body part and nothing else. |

I don't think that there is a set number where it suddenly becomes excessive.
Some profiles, I could happily look at 50+ photos and others 1 or 2 is enough.
