I read DC comics (Superman, Batman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Justice League of America, etc.) as a boy in the 60s so they've been around a while.. |

Got to admit, l'm waiting to see the BatMan/SuperMan film, if only to see how Wonder Woman fits into it, and will it lead to a big-budget Justice League film, given the 'Dawn of Justice' title??
On the Marvel family, has anyome else being watching 'Agent Carter'??
This weeks episode featured the Howling Commandos, & her working with Captain America was mentioned
Got to admit, l'm still a big fan of the Warner Brothers BatMan/Justice League animations
Kevin Conroy was perfect casting to voice the Bat
Mark (Skywalker) Hamill was inspired as The Joker though! |

Wasn't too bad.
Daredevil's the best tv program.

In movie terms I'm definitely a Marvel girl, DC has seemed rather slow off the mark (with the exception of Batman).
In TV terms I'd say it was a tie - The Flash and Arrow are strong, as are Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter and Daredevil  |

Marvel has a better story and consistent with their actors where as dc are good in term of action and intrigue. I like both but I've gotta go for marvel as my favourite |

Although, if both of them could sort out their representation of strong female characters I'd appreciate it.
Black Widow and Wonder Woman are deserving of their own films and shouldn't be second tier |

DC weren't connecting their films like Marvel have.
I read somewhere that the movie actors for arrow and flash will be different guys. To me, that's daft. |

Ms. Marvel may be getting her own film. Ronda Rousey may be playing her.

Maybe. But at least Spidey's where he should be now. In Marvel films. Even though he's kinda rented.
Least he's getting his own film done by Marvel and Sony. |

This completely this. Been saying this for too long now.
Anyway, I like both but I'm massively in love with Iron Man and Black Widow so I'd have to say that I prefer Marvel. Although I am getting more into the whole genre anyway Miss T x |

Was having that exact discussion with my partner yesterday when he showed me a game that was advertised by a scantily clad woman. So I agree wholly there; these women are insanely talented in the films and it's a shame they're used to drag in viewers with their assets more than anything else. |

Comics, and Hollywood, are incredibly guilty of portraying women as a plot device to further a male character's story, it's rather disgusting.
In comics I understand why a male superhero has to be portrayed as muscular and strong, because you need to believe he is capable of such heroic feats.
Exactly what assistance does a boob window give to a female superhero??? |

Walt Disney now want to buy DC & Dark Horse to go with Marvel so if this happens there will be lots of cross overs from different comics.
I have about 8 No.1 issues of Marvel comics among a big collection i've had from a kid (to Kim's despair lol), now days i collect digitized comic collections on DVD for easy storage. |

Both are awsome but if I had to choose ide say DC as they have more superheroes that are just human....batman,punisher,green arrow who kick the arse of superbeings with special powers. |

I found it to be boring.
A middle film that was just the glue for the big final battle (2 films)
AoUs best bits were in the trailers. |
