Start on low settings with the right pattern with pads I the right place otherwise it feels like someone is stabbing you.

Something to remember is that the stupidly expensive "sex" ones are exactly the same internally - just dressed up in a different colour plastic.
So - yes you can use "other" accessories that may be available.

I have one but it's for pain relief. I'm not sure how it gets rid of the pain but the lovely repetative tap tapping works well
