There once was a time you couldn't find pubic push no matter how hard you looked. The ladies plucked waxed and shaved to with an inch of their lives.
But reacently there seems to be a bit of a resurgence in the good ol pubic thatch.
Is this actually the case or I'm I imagining it.
Nothing conclusively proves an arbitrary statement like a forum discussion;-) |

Until a few years ago I hated the idea of having a totally smooth pussy - just used to trim into a landing strip - but having seen so many beautiful shaved women on naturist beaches I gave it a go and to my surprise really liked the look and the feel. As my photos show I have kept my pussy smooth ever since. Whatever the "fashion" I won't be in a hurry to let it grow back! |

I've never shaved, first I think pubes look sexier on both men and women and secondly I don't want to look like a pre pubescent girl. I generally get a very positive reaction to my pubes but recently a man used them as an excuse not to lick me even though he'd known all along I was a natural woman. I was extremely pissed off. |

I must admit that oral is a lot nicer if the person receiving is shaven |

I love a nice bush and how it feels so fluffy plus not too mention it tickles my nose when I give oral which I enjoy.

The issue I have is that two things are clear from my profile:
1, I can't cum without oral.
2, I have full pubes
Yet this man fucked me and came then chose to tell me he wouldn't lick me cause of my pubes. It's shoddy behaviour. |

Actually, being totally shaven is quite a big part of the infatisization of women that's been so popular the last century. Though just so you can't get offended I'm going to call this 'playful banter'.
Because we're all having So. Much. Fun. |

Actually my point is that having a bit of hair on your fanny doesn't make you a woman.
But if your happy to have your womanhood defined by a patch of hair then that's fine

There was no offence intended.
As for bullying, when I was a kid the bully's tended to be the ones that all clubbed together to pick on the individual. So your showing solidarity could actually be misconstrued as bullying.

I've also been a victim of long-term sustained violent bullying.
I'm sure a lot of bullies feel like they're just sticking up for thier mate.
Regardless of that I made a joke that was possibly in poor taste. That person took exception so I apologised |

If it was a joke, this thread wasn't really the place for it and you semed quite sincere at the time.
Also it's not your place in general to tell someone what they should do with their body, in jest or not.
If I were more delicate or impressionable, you could have completely broken me with that joke and caused me to go and shave despite it making me feel a lost sense of worth.
As someone who has been bullied you should know a joke at someone's expense can make a lasting impression.
This now isn't about specifically what you said but an attitude.
Also. I received no apology whatsoever. |

I didn't intend for you to be offended by my remark and I'm sorry that you were.
That being said I still do believe that my comment was not inappropriate, it was an adult comment about another adult. If your a regular forum user you should be aware that people do on ocation tease each other.
I certainly would not suggest changing the way you live your life on a comment from a total random stranger. Cos let's face it my views mean less than nothing. |

I did try to show you some empathy, what the guy did isn't really on.

I know honey and I noted it but its the way you expressed your preference that cut me a bit. Saying that, if I hadn't had that negative experience last night I would probably have felt it the way you probably meant it all, as a gentle jest. Perhaps this a lesson for you to be a little more sensitive and me to be a little less sensitive.

Just out of curiousity.
More for mature ladies sporting the bushed up muff look. Yeah I know that should be 'rocking the look' but this ain't the guardian .
Rarely see a mature woman with natural grey hair right. You know where I'm going.
When the grey pubes appear, then a few more... Do you dye the muff beard? |

"Just out of curiousity.
There are loads of mature women with natural grey hair. The muff beard....so charming |

What on earth for? It's obvious I'm in my 50's so why bother? Then again, I don't spend money on that sort of vanity, I prefer to spend it on my health."

"Pubes are there for a reason it does not mean you are dirty or smelly I prefer a nice trim bush and on a man with no pubes it is just wrong or shaves plus there is the risk of friction burns x
same could be said about facial hair tho, i realise i have a beard right now but a lot of people think beards are bad"
You don't want to associate with people who think that |

I hadn't intended this thread as an us and theme thread.
Some people like to be hirsute others like to be shorn. Ones not better than the other.
I was just curious as to how common each were. |

That's easy, in this world, probably many more people without, as the words 'disgusting' and 'unhygienic' are often levelled at those with natures decision, you only have to search all the other threads on the subject.
My job brings me into contact with loads of women with their knickers off and I can tell you, hairy genitalia is the norm. |
