verifications - do we believe them or not

I'm very new to this scene. Looked at verifications and several points jumped out at me..
1 no one has bad meets or sex that is not good..
2 some fabswingers seem to collect verifications
3 seems to be a way for exes to see who ex is now shagging and send fb messages and friend add...
4 tracker on who is shagging who..really not interested...
5 So I am not going to display anymore verifications...
6 What is other fabswingers _iews on this? |

If I had owt bad to say pointless saying it in a veri as they can choose to display or not . I think veris should have a choice to be negative or positive a bit like eBay feedback then at least good as well as bad can be recorded too |

Totally agree...It gets boring reading the same stuff in veris...and some don't even really change what they say about dufferent Meets..I think some might just copy and paste lol |

I wouldn't believe a word of them .
We've got loads that say how nice we are , when really we are a pair of miserable fuckers .
We happily do all we can to ensure we make every meet as unpleasant as we can , yet still keep getting good veri's .
in fact last week we went 3 days without washing , ate garlic bread , curry and beans every night preceeding the meet . Had the meet and spent the whole time farting , belching and on our phones . Yet we still got a glowing veri . 
So there you have it , they're all lies I say  |

why would you take the opinion of one person you have never met..... about another person you have never met..... as gospel!!!
people seem to use veri's as a crutch and as substitute for using good old fashioned basic common sense a lot of the time |

Hi there!
I sometimes wonder myself whether displaying too many verifications could put people off, so I was also thinking about keeping them hidden.
But, they can also be advantageous in showing other potential couples that I am in fact genuine and not on here to mess people around.
It's a tricky one...nice subject!

Some people do seem to manage to verify themselves really, what with all the 'she took my huge cock 17 times and made me come 8 times as i made her gush for England with my immaculate oral technique' bollocks...
They never need to be graphic, in my opinion, but there you go... |

I always try and make my veris a bit different. More of an in joke with the recipient. And I never go into the mechanics of a meet. Only so many variations of that...so much more to say about a person. A veri says as much about the writer as the subject.. |

I try to read between the lines to see some clues to what they are really like. I hate the ones that advertise more about the person writing them and their ego, and the ones that give to much away - but often they do give away the dynamic between the people who met - tongue in cheek, fun, boring or whatever .... I think they are interesting to read |

I find them a bit tacky especially all the graphic details.
If any man compared my mouth to a Dyson I'd be offended
I've got 3 which are all social. Not sure they give much away really.
I also think they can cause more hassles and drama's than they are worth.

At some point verifications seem to have become re_iews not verifications.
The content of them is pointless, they to some extent verify that two parties met - but if abused some of them may even not mean that. I have no problem writing nice things about people I have fun with but if someone pressurises me to verify it's a turn off.
I don't push for veris as documenting my full fabs sexual history benefits who exactly? |

Do NOT; I repeat, do NOT ever meet anyone who is verified by tons of people
Verifications can only ever mean one of he two things:
1) she is either a fake and everyone who has veified her are fakes too
2) she is just a hussy and an easy lay; not 'marriage material' or a virgin, which is afterall, what you are looking for
Always, always try and meet women who have been on this site for years but don't have a single verification; they are the only real ones |

why can't we just have a met In person list with a date which is sent by the other person just like a verification at least it shows if weve been active or not and even if everyone didn't hit it off at least we can still say we've met in person to be polite

Opening ourselves up here but...
Verifications are whatever you want them to be for us they are either mini re_iews of our club night or play date verifications, both we like for obvious reasons, those with the opinion verifications are there to just show someone is real and turned up mmm not sure that's written in the fabswingers rule book x |

But seriously, I enjoy meeting interesting new people, and having lots of verifications at least shows people whom I've yet to meet, that they'll hopefully enjoy my company if they decide they'd like to get together sometime. |

I see a verification as being a means of proving you're genuine, turn up and are who you say you are. I don't see them as a means to leave a re_iew on sexual performance or to show what a great person YOU are as the verifier (e.g. I shudder at all these 'treat her well guys' bobbins).
And of course they are important to some of us as many prospective meets are not interested unless you have veri's on your profile (some insist on multiple and / or very recent veri's too) |

My theory is that sex is a bit like driving. Everyone thinks that they are brilliant at it when in reality some are shit at it, most are ok at it, and some are great at it.
We aren't really interested in the content of the veris, as has been said above, no one would probably bother writing a crap one because it is unlikely it would get displayed. We would sometimes look at what kind of people they have met (men, women, couples, TV/TS), what kind of veris they are (cam, social or play) and most importantly is when was their last meet. If it was 2 years ago, they we suspect that they are unlikely to actually meet us, if it was 4 weeks ago, much more likely that they are currently active. |

I leave one verification on so that it's clear I'm genuine and verified, I hide everything else. It doesn't hurt to be discreet even if someone has verified you. |
