My House

If you reboot to factory settings you lose all information on the drive that YOU on it. If Office suite was a programme you added it will be lost. If it came with the laptop it will still be there but nothing you worked on will be saved.

Press F2 while booting to access bios and they'll be an option to reboot to factory settings.

Normally there's an option at boot to load the image partition. Factory reset.

Chances are you'll lose office. They used to supply ms works, years ago, but ms office was normally on a cd. Take your data off before reloading!

you cant copy office from your hard drive to a disk

as office would have to be reinstalled again from a disk

there is free office stuff on the net if you want them as you dont have to use windows office

though ive got to ask, why are you taking it back to factory settings for

As gaz asks above - why are you resting to factory settings?

Yes you will lose office, unless it came pre-installed.
