And no I don't mean dogging.
Just wondering if there are any members on here who love to hike, walk, scramble, mountain climb or kayak, or all of the above.
Had to take a year off due to a heavy work load and some personal health reasons but Id love to chat to people and get back into it all. |

We wild camp on Dartmoor and like long hikes, normally seven to twelve miles.
We just look at the map and plan a circular walk.
Have got into kayaking but not got our own yet.
Also big fans of wild swimming, skinny of course. |

when at school I did some climbing and caving. Really miss cannoing as well. And I'm a cyclist who goes out most days just for general fitness.
I need to try surfing. |

Funnily enough was discussing this yesterday. Used to cycle a lot but no bike just now as last one got nicked!
Likewise walking and want to get back into walking and rambling/hiking. Especially as so many gorgeous places to go round here |

Surfing, swimming, climbing, via-ferrata (a mix of hiking and easy climbing using fixed ropes, rails and ladders - in the Alps), and ski-ing. Tried snowboarding but can't get to grips with it (I'll stick to my skis), want to take up paragliding as its on my 'to do' list but haven't got around to it yet, plus its expensive to learn and then get a decent rig, and i'm still missing playing rugby (gave it up a few years ago after a couple of nasty injuries kept me off work and the boss threatened me with the sack if I had any more time off - the git...!...lol). Nearly forgot potholing...love potholing too
Been invited to go with a couple of mates to learn to scuba dive, but really don't fancy it (got a bit claustrophobic with all the gear on the first time, so not pursuing that).
Gave up cycling when I passed my driving test many many moons ago...these days my bike has a nice big engine...though its a nice big broken engine at the moment
Apart from that, my other hobbies are eating, sleeping, working, and breathing in and out for as long as I can... |

"Cycling
Forgot about cycling - not really my thing as a pass time, just something I do to get from A to B. Do you mountain bike or just cycle?"
Sustrans trails, and road, great fun packing a tent and heading into the countryside and enjoying A night under the stars |
