Took my first full on fisting last night. Im now in agony think pissing rasor blades comes to mind.
Salt bath done any other tips to help would be great.
Doubt i will try again dont think i was built for it  |

No as much as i would love it i just think im too small.
The mr has tried a few times never really worked had a female friend do it last night it was good at the time but now im in loads of pain  |

It's unlikely a fist is as big as a babies head..... The problem is usually not enough lube and not enough patience.
For any woman I have gone this for....it is definitely a repeat experience.....let things calm down...but don't give up on a great experience. |

It's true that the vagina is designed to accommodate a babies head but that is after a woman's body had gone through hours of labour and been flooded with hormones.
Honestly Nobby advising a woman to repeat something that has clearly hurt her is a really daft thing to say. |

This is the best idea, talk to a medical professional.
Don't be worried about explaining how it happened, they've likely heard more embarrassing stories and again are professionally trained in not caring about how but about how to help. |

A babies head passes through once, slowly, after nine months of massive hormonal preparation. Everything loosens and softens in preparation for birth.
Having something large, irregularly shaped and hard roughly thrust about up there would have a horrendous effect on the majority of women.
It sounds as though you have urethritis caused by trauma to the urethra.
There are other ways to have fun, darling. All I can suggest is drinking excessive amounts of water so that the urine you pass is diluted and taking anti inflammatory painkillers.

As a general rule of thumb, applying a bag of frozen peas to the area is one way of reducing pain, but given the area, I wouldn't suggest putting it back in the freezer afterwards unless you wanna play a prank |

If it is a cut or a scratch you can soothe it with zinc oxide cream...the stuff you use for babies nappy rash. It will stop your wee stinging it and might help it to heal as well. I would just be careful to keep it clean in case it gets infected. |

A man with some sense at last. I would drink a lot of water and some painkillers and see how you are tomorrow. A uti can lead to a kidney infection so don't leave it too long. I wouldn't want to risk tearing my insides again if that's what happened. It may not be a case of the more you do it the better it gets. |

As an anti biotic no.
Ad a blame for certain skin conditions or dryness yes, but that's for external use only not for a mucus membrane like the inside eof a vaginas. |

Sudo creme carries an explicit warning to keep it away from mucus membranes like the vagina so no its not a good idea. |

'Honeymoon cystitis' is caused by excessive rubbing around the urethra so something easily brought on by fisting - could be soft tissue bruising too (caught between a hard hand and a pubic bone)
As above try painkillers, lots of fluids (pineapple is good for neutralising urine ph as well as cranberry - avoid citrus) and an icepack if it helps but protect the skin with a tea towel or a couple of layers of clothes. If it doesn't clear up, get it checked out, you only need to say vigorous sex  hope it's better soon xx |

Sounds like you've gone too far too fast - by a long long way...
Have no answers about what you should do about the pain.
However, fisting is in general very gorgeous. When things settle down, maybe think of timescale in months slowly opening-up if you want to fist again.

Do not use sudocrem on any part of your lady bits!
As a nurse I would recommend having a bath with just salt in it, drink lots of water with or without cranberry and take an anti-inflammatory but only if you have eaten.
Not any easier after a few days get a nurse/doc to check it out!
We see all things nothing to be embarrassed about!

Ive done all of the above apart from pain killers im allergic to those so had some tramadol that i need every now and then so took those eased a bit. Well till i need to pee again.
