Using a vacuum penis pump regularly - does it help the penis to
a. Stay harder
b. Grow in size
c. What are the real benefits for using such a pump
d. What is the best type to use??

Theyre just a gimmick. Paul has one but we just use it for a laugh. They don't make any long term difference to size or help you stay harder for longer. All they do is help give you a hard on if it's not coming naturally. They recommend keeping them on for about 10 mins but once he has a hard on its too short and too tight. He has never left his on longer than a couple of mins as his cock goes purple! The second he takes it off his cock goes back to normal.

Thank you for your honesty and yes I do agree a warm mouth is superb but I do enjoy using the pump.
Have never tried it for a long time __ ---will now try.
