Go to the Greenhouse Sauna for your first experience. It is in Walsall. City Sauna in Derby is no match. You will be popular. Wednesday is naked day, Sunday is usually good and Friday is TV night. Have fun |

I found it extremely liberating and relaxed although I would suggest you started with the daytime , I wouldn't fancy the weekend as could be a bit too crowded whilst starting out |
