I've gone longer without 'actual' sex before - but I assume you're including 'self love' in your definition 
I actually think I could do it to be honest, my libido can be like a rollercoaster to be honest, sometimes I really can't be arsed to have sex and have gone weeks without sex or a wank (probably not reached a month yet but I'm sure I could). Sometimes other things in my life take precedence so sex doesn't matter. |

Yes, I've gone years in the past. I think you can close that side off - the less you have the less you want. Unfortunately , it works in reverse though - more you have, more you want. But I know I could go without if I had to, decided I don't want to do that again though.  |

I'm in a relationship where that regularly happens.
Not through lack of try or the sex is bad but more down to here lack of confidence and instantly changeable moods.
It's difficult sometimes because as a guy.... I need something more regular but I wouldn't ever cheat or judge her for the reasons. |

I can abstain from anything sexual for a month, I had to when I felt porn had too much influence on my life, but I don't see the need to do it again. It caused as many problems as it solved. Now I try for balance |
