It seems to me that men and women are expecting far too much from a SWINGING site! I see more and more profiles from single fems saying that they would like to meet the one! And stories from single fems or couples about guys getting the wrong idea and possessive over them once they've met! I don't get what goes through a guys head once he's met a married female alone that she's suddenly going to leave her husband and be with him! I'm sure plenty of fish is for dating! Not fab! Agreed and no offence intended but the ones I see re falling for fbs etc tend to be female great if you become good friends but keep it real its a sex site.

Maybe looking at all the wrong profiles.
Everybody uses the site for their own reasons.
Some are looking for dates & probably better off on another site; others like to chat & are entitled to do so; many genuine swingers use the site to keep in contact with friends they've met here but possibly get more hook ups via the Socials or Clubs mentioned in the Forums here.
It's up to the individual to get what they want out of the site, be it friends, FWB's, 121's, group meets, or something more social. Just a case of keep looking & making the site work for YOU.

I don't see anything wrong with that. Some people want one offs. Some people want ongoing relationships of sorts. Friends with benefits, fuck buddies, subs and Doms, people looking for cuckolding. It's an ideal place to find an alternative relationship.

Been on many sites including AFF, POF, LPSG etc etc. Fab is STILL the best of the bunch. Sure it has its types I wouldn't go near, just as other sites have; I prefer Fabs interface (some other sites look cheap, others too elaborate, Fab's got it just right - user friendly & plenty filters to out the ones I'm not interested in).
Sure, it has attracted more attention & custom than it was originally set up for & the name is maybe now a bit of a misnomer but things change with time. That includes the clientele & what folk want from the site. I'm very fortunate that I met loads of folk over the years who've become good friends & some great Meets I wouldn't have met otherwise if not for Fab. So focus on the positive things you get out of the site & if folk want to use it simply to chat to people they know, or date another person (who might also be into swinging), or just a succession of 121's then fine. They're not doing me any harm. I simply filter folk out if they ain't for me.

I don't see anything wrong if you find your life partner through a swinging site. As far as both of you are happy.
