I'd laugh.
Then later, whilst having a nice brew and some peace and quiet, i'd ponder on how cruel that was and how some people have serious sex addictions and cannot curtail their behaviour and these people need help.
Then i'd come on fab and arrange a fuck with someone.

Run away and telephone the police. If I came across him, so could a much more vulnerable person. I might consider kicking him in the tender area, first, just to make sure he was no longer a threat to anyone. |

Call the police maintain a nice safe gap and zero the Po Po onto him.
I would then provide a statement and attend court to give evidence where he would hopefully receive a custodial sentence and be listed as a sex offender.

This happened to me, I was about 14 in the park with my mate, he saw us watching, we were both courious and freaked out at the same time.

To be honest it would depend on wherew we were.
If it was well off the beaten track and he had obviously gone to great lengths to be private then if he was okay I'd perhaps ask If he wanted to watch us ( as the only reason we would be out there would be for naughties )
However if it was just some place that anyone could see him I'd most likely ignore. |

Happens all the time at the dogging spots we frequent . If they're fit and clean they may get a bj , if not they can carry on watching and wanking .
If it's a public place with everyday people around we would tell him to put it away , and if there were kids about then maybe a swift kick might discourage him . |

It would depend where and when.
If he was in some location where he had little chance of being found, we would leave him to it.
If he was in a location where and a time where other members of the public could easily come across him we would challenge him and report. |
