Very interesting - I'm curious to know more, as that kind of weird shit is right up my street.
A while back, I designed a stockade which could accommodate a camera mounted below the subject's crotch. I've made the stockade and it holds well whilst spreading the legs and crotch open nicely, but I still haven't sorted out the camera and screen components... maybe when I have a bit more free time.
