I have a few small ones and love them thinking about moving on to a bigger one but I'm still pretty tight with the small ones any ideas on moving up a size some one said put it in every day and leave it in ? |

I assume you're talking about anal training rather than just wearing one.
You can get anal training sets. But you essentially just wear for a few hours a day and after a few days move bigger.
The type of plug should be considered, ones with increasingly larger necks are what's needed rather than a similar neck but larger ends. Also for extended wear you want something comfortable between your bum cheeks so silicone rather than metal.
