No. I like to go deep. But, I suppose the weights I use are much lighter which allows me to go deeper.
I wouldn't agree with partial reps. Not something i'd enjoy doing. |

I wouldn't agree with partial reps. Not something i'd enjoy doing. " YEs that's right going deep is abit easier with lighter weights. I like to feel the preasure u know on the legs. Plus sometimes I can feel it in my knees so that's why I do partials for safety u know. |

I can't be doing heavy weights with my knee. Got a cracked knee from before. My knee causes me some problems.
