which condoms do you prefer. yours or the person you meeting?
Jump to: Newest in thread
The reason for asking this question. Last week me and my friends met up with a couple from another site. Prior to penetration this lady brought some condoms out of her bag. I insist using mine. Because I use (extra strong brand) same as my friends. You can tell the woman wasn't happy. Upon the fact I explained to her the reason why I prefer extra strong brand. I can't afford the risk. What will you do if you find yourself in a similar situation? |

I use mine. Then I know they have been stored correctly, not tampered with and are in sate. In the heat of the moment practicalities like that are the last thing on your mind. |

I am not a man, obviously, but from a couple's perspective, I prefer a guy to bring his own condoms. However, because I only give head to single guys with a condom on, I prefer to use my own for oral, as I know which taste better. Once it comes to sex, I would actually prefer the guy uses his own so I don't have to use my better tasting ones.
But I guess mine is a special circumstance. Most people won't use condoms for oral.

I've never come across such a situation where there's a standoff but I guess I'd be happy to use whatever the woman requested as by that point I'd trust her and her choice of protection. |

We use our own but I do explain this before we meet!
I have a latex allergy so we have to use latex free, if the guy in question prefers to supply his own I don't mind but would need to see they're latex free and it would probably kill the moment lol x |

In a similar vein - guys often like to know the condoms haven't been tampered with - and the potential call from the CSA when said condom 'malfunctions'.
Double bagging may be the solution. |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
Any as long as they're latex free, although super extra mega safe aren't my favourites because they chafe.
I understand the desire to be safe but it kinda comes across as the guy thinking the woman isn't. I would probably have taken offence at someone insisting so hard that I am a) riddled with STDs or b) looking for another baby. |

I certainly have favourites. They have to be the right size. Small ones take too long to put on and affect performance and comfort. So I choose to use my own.
However there are some ladies who need a certain type of condom usually latex free to not get sore.
Others as have been said prefer their own as they know they are sound and untampered. |

This exactly. If a guy is that scared of fucking me, I'd rather he just didn't bother!
Usually have my own latex free condoms, not because I have a problem with latex but spermicide really hurts me. Latex free are usually spermicide free also. |

Mine. I always insist on the Extra Strong condoms.
If they don't want to use those, we can use a female condom. No problem. |

I think trust is the main issue. The reason I preferred extra strong brand. Every time i use condom provided by female.there is alway split condom. Each time I have to check myself to the clinic for check..better to be safe |

we always take our own - and in the heat of the moment both couples have used ours and other times we have used theirs - whatever was closest to hand - one exception is a couple where the lady uses latex free and we use theirs |

I know this could open a slagging off, but I remember in college some of the guys putting small holes in their condoms internationally. I am not saying people on here would do that, but stories like that stick in people's minds. |

Yeah exactly.
And they're not going to be the ones incubating it for 9 months and then bringing it up for 18 years. |
