He might have that condition where you're head goes 'tight' and then you get a headache when coming? I've had it but since i lost weight it went away thank god coz it was horrible and really painful. Should have asked him really, we're all gonna guess about it here.  |

I had this happen once last year. Was kinda worrying but it is common in men. Lovely terms for it are:
post-coital headache
sexual headache
orgasmic headache
It does seem to be more commen if you already suffer from migraines. But doctors and not sure why it happens but some think it might be due to blood pressure drop/climb after reaching climax
