good morning everyone, how are you all spending your sunday? Im stuck at work til 12  hoping maybe an offer will come in for an afternoon rendezvous  have a nice day people. |

Well it's pissing down in Phuket so I'm just about to hit a weight session in the hotel gym.
Post workout nutrition will consist of peanut m&m's and singha beer  |
