I must have lost my mojo recently cos I'm normally very good at sussing out fakes, so I'm very upset with myself.
I'd arranged to meet a guy for a quick 'hello' after he contacted me and I liked the look of the cheeky chappy on his profile. But when we met he wasn't the guy I hoping he would be!! I even said that he had more tatts than what I was expecting but he still didn't own up.
I didn't want to cause a scene as we were in a public space so I left it until I got home before asking him who the guy was in his profile pics cos it definitely wasn't him. I subsequently got blocked by him so now I can't report him.
I'm flabbergasted as to why a guy would agree to a meet knowing he wasn't who I thought he would be. He'd been verified so I thought he was legit. Is there any way of reporting the tossers (pardon my French) now i've been blocked?
Blokes like him give the good guys a bad name

I really struggle to understand how this guy got away with that? For the most part us "genuine" guys have to work fu**ing hard to get a meet so how do these fakers manage it??????? |

Never meet someone without speaking to them on webcam first. |

If you still have any of the messages he sent you you can report him via the message even though you've been blocked |

If you think that the pic looks too good chances are that it is. Do a google or tineye search of the pic and then report and block the person. Pretty sure those guys with straight on their profiles haven't shared their pics on half a dozen gay websites |

Yes I learned the hard way to never trust one good pic! You can report someone via the link on their past mail to you. |

Spoke to a guy last night whose only pic just didn't look right, reverse image search confirmed this. The face pic he's sent was totally different to his other pic which was cropped but the reverse search showed the full pic with face, wasn't him. When I challenged him about it, he was adamant it was him but then removed it from his public gallery! I really can't understand why people do this, it wasn't his torso or body. Does he think people won't notice at a meet??! |

If you don't have a message from him to report from, you can type his username into your blocked list then click onto his profile, obviously you can't see it but the report user option will still be there. |

I'm sure there's a way to make a cheesy chat up line out of that but it's just too early. |

My biggest worry now are guys who are verified by one or two people.
I had to walk out of a meet as the guy admitted that he had brought his verification
What can I do to make sure, ppl are real? Thought veri's were the way but guess not. |

If you want to see how that happens open a new woman's account stick a decent fake picture on it then message all the desperate sounding blokes in your area "can you please verify me" and you'll actually get a few |
