what are some things we should go over ? This is completely new to us I will look on you tube as suggested as well.she wants to flogg me as well ?

It's a good idea for her to try it on you too. That way you will get an appreciation of how it feels.
Whenever we play with a new toy, we always do a practice session so it's not a scene or there is no roleplay. It's literally him trying something on me and me feeding back how it feels and what level of pain I'm currently at.
There are so many guides online of how to flog and where to make impact. |

Start off with a nice soft lambs leather one. Stuff online might be cheaper but always worth testing them yourself |

I was at a party once and someone took out a flogger - Jesus no one going near me with that but it worked its way round the room every body trying then it came to me.

I use a flogger, and no one has ever said it hurt, perhaps they didn't dare!!! lol flogging goes well with a little telling off, i.e. you are a very naughty boy for wanting an old lady, that sort of thing, apparently that is "hot"  |

Start off by practising on a cushion to get your accuracy right then ask your Vic.... Lady to scale how hard your hitting 1-10 try to keep it between 5-7 and she will enjoy it .make sure she is comfortable before you start then build up slowly as above start with a soft lambs skin flogger remember flick her with the tips stings land with the main body of the flogger thuds lots of thud little sting a happy vict... Sorry lady makes . And don't forget your after care lots of hugs and cuddles whilst she comes down from the experiance  |

Also, there is a great book called 'Flogging' by Greenery Press. They publish a lot of BDSM and sex books. This book in particular is great as talks a bit about what is happening physically to your body being flogged which helps you to understand what works and what doesn't.

start practising on a cushion first. areas to avoid hitting are backs of knees, kidneys and the back of the neck, when starting out with a live target get her to wear a corset so any misses will not impact the kidneys, start slow and soft using a figure 8 pattern and move around so impacts do not land constantly on the same area, or she will safeword out before you get into the swing or she gets in the zone. a soft suede flogger 18 to 24 inches long is the best to start with. when the target arera is pinky red then you can add vigour to the action but stop occasionaly and run fingertips over the area plus gentle nail scratching will heighten the sensation. when she is in the zone, have sweet drinks, a blanket and lots of hugs and cuddles as aftercare to allow her to start recovering.

Ensure though that you understand where is safe to flog someone (avoid the kidney area of the back) and that you have agreed a safe word beforehand.
It really can be very enjoyable and sexy.
