Having been to clubs in Holland I have to agree! I'm not so sure about the US tho, any nation that spends more time debating Janet Jackson's exposed nipple at the Superbowl than they did about invading Iraq can't be that dirty! |

Easy - Japanese. They've done things we don't even have proper names for. One of which roughly translates as "sexual harassment clubs", there's a video on xhamster of a Japanese guy "buying" a girl from a vending machine and he takes her around all day having his way with her, she doesn't move because she's "plastic" - that's before they get really crazy |
