Forgive me for being a little puzzled OP, but what are you intending to do with this information?
If the majority comes down in favour of uncut, will you be cancelling the operation?
I think you'll find that there is no definitive answer.
Some prefer cut. Some uncut and for others it makes no difference as they'll tell you that it's 'the person it's attached to' that they're interested in.

If you want an honest answer, I prefer uncut. The look of cut cocks doesn't appeal to me and I tend to find the head feels coarser in my mouth (I assume from coming into contact with clothes, etc).
As for the "it's cleaner" comment, if a man doesn't know how to wash himself in the first place, being cut is going to make him no cleaner than if he was uncut.

I wouldn't worry about it. I had mine done when I was 4 years old so I have never known any different. It has never been an issue either way to the women I have had sex with.
I'm sure most people would say they have a preference, but also say that it isn't a deal maker/breaker either.
I think it comes down to what you are used to. L says because she has done so many blow jobs with me she never knows what to do with a foreskin lol. But it doesn't stop her. It doesn't put her off, it's just different.
Cleanliness is a non issue as others have mentioned. It might make it easier to clean but it doesn't mean it's cleaner.

Personally I think it amounts to genital mutilation unless done for actual medical reasons. There's no need for it to be done at all and especially not for religious reasons. |

The 'cleaner' argument always makes me chuckle. I've never pissed on my foreskin ever - it's really not that hard to pull it back and aim.
As for women saying it? Really? How often does it come up in conversation as its not been a topic for discussion with any women I've met ever!
As another poster said - if a medical need then that makes perfect sense. Any other? Unless the foreskins owner is of the age of consent then it's abuse.

I aren't bothered, I have found that some men lose some sensitivity as the end is constantly exposed and rubbing against clothes etc. whereas men with foreskin only really get touched under it sexually a bit like cutting a nail too short and having never touched skin exposed. I wouldn't say it's cleaners all that's a myth - you can be scrupulously clean with a foreskin equally you can be mucky without just wash properly and it won't matter. |

That is why you have been informed it will be cleaner after it has bee cut.
A foreskin on a normal uncut cock can be pulled back as it does when the cock is aroused and there are no cleanliness problems.
The benefit of an uncut cock is it is more sensitive.
