Ok. I'm certainly no prude but I find this irresponsible of the 'lady' in question. She flashed herself on unsuspecting bystanders with no concerns of consent. She clearly didn't care that anyone of any age, including minors, could have witnessed such a blatant sexual act against their wishes.
Imagine a guy flashing his bits to a young girl innocently out shopping!!
