Ultimately, for me, how a partner smells is key to my level of attraction.
Putting aside lack of hygiene or bad breath (both of which are obviously a major turn off), women still have their own unique smell (even when masked by perfume).
Some women just smell and taste (which is connected to smell) divine. With such women, especially when there is already a physical and mental attraction then all my senses and level of arousal are heightened....true 'chemistry' (more likely genetic biology in actual fact).
Others, although outwardly attractive, simply don't smell as nice (to me). On occasion I even find their smell repugnant. Obviously this has a hugely negative effect on sexual chemistry.
I'm pretty sure this is all scientifically proven and to do with our natural processes of selecting 'mates' who have diametrically opposing genetics to us...all about widening the genetic make up of any offspring.
Question is, how important is 'smell' to you?

Goodness, yes, really important.
My current lover smells amazing... even just a waft of him fresh out of the shower causes a very definite reaction... and then when he adds his aftershave - I'm gone!
Love spooning behind him and just inhaling his scent |

V here
For me it's the unclean smell that's important. Now I'm not talking about BO or week-unshowered arse (eeeuuwww) I'm talking about the smell of skin unmasked by perfumed products. That's what I know attracts me. The natural smell of another body.
I do love the clean, going out smell, but that's not what catches me and makes me go all gooey.
A is guilty of sniffing me... A lot. |
