Firstly you should go and see your doctor. If it is depression they can help.
I was diagnosed with depression about 4 years ago. It's not nice at all. I spoke to someone professional about the reasons why or why it might be etc. and was put on tablets. I'm better now however I have become a sensitive soul under a hard exterior.
Good luck |

Thanks you. I was being serious. The OP don't have as many meets as you and a Winning Shag will release hormones and other health chemicals. You don't want to go to the doctor and ruin your career because you wake up funny very now and then |

Have you asked for help from professionals, it is there.
good luck"

I was like this for many many years. Have only been getting on top of it in the last few years. I suggest you go to the doctor to see if it is depression. I've been down the route of trying to cure myself and it's been a long hard road. I'm currently in the best place I've ever been. There's always light at the end of the tunnel. |

This is Ray speaking. I was feeling very depressed after suffering from a back problem for weeks. Then just as that was getting better and I Was starting to feel good again, in april I had a heart attack. As you can imagine that was quite a shock and didn't really help improve my mood. But the stay in hospital made me realise there are people much worse off than me. Like the young guy in the bed opposite me with a young family that had just been told he has a brain tumor. Or the really lovelly guy next to me that has a heart condition that means he could die at any moment.
I understand there are many reasons why people feel depressed. But rembering how lucky I am helps me.
And to everyone who is feeling depressed or just down, remember people do care x |

I'm just over half a year out of a lifetime of major depression, so yeah I know that feeling. There's always a way forward though and only you can find out what that is. |

I've been there and it's not good
As per comments above exercise, fresh air and sun but only really helps (fixes) if you're at the lower end of suffering after that it's professional help that's needed
Don't look for destructive ways to cheer yourself up like booze or food they are only s temp fix and usually end up worse in the long run
Good luck and all power to the fight |

"Depression is an illness not just feeling low in the morning!
Depression if untreated wrecks lives and families!
Please get help"
this ^^^^^
There are many that think they are suffering from depression or use the word depression when they arent, and likewise many dont/wont admit they are suffering and go untreated. |
