Both although black and white males things look better so do like a colour face picture. Best ones are black and white with a feature in colour ie:shoes or knickers

Both can work well. Depends on the individual photo. Some work better in colour, some in black and white. I like to see a mix of both on a profile.

I think a mixture of both is good. Some black and white photos can be very atmospheric, but I think the key is to ensure that they accurately portray and represent the person.

There is nothing worse than misleading photos!

Completely depends on the photo, some will look better in B&W, others in colour.

I much prefer a well thought out an composed photos with some interesting angles.
