Hey guys
I a remember a contact magazine called Rendezvous and it was what I used to use.
Just curious to know what other people used before the internet came along.  |

Forum magazine. The days when you contacted people via real mail. Everyone had photos and didnt send mail that just said "hi". Of course there were some unscrupulous magazines with profiles the mag had created to make them look more popular and attractive. Tricks of the trade havnt changed in any way shape or form. |

Exclusive & Rendezvous we used.
Had some horrendous experiences such as the 26 stone, 50 year old trucker who decided it would be a good idea to turn up at our house at 7.30am to 'hand deliver' a letter to us.
We were 20 & 23 at the time and living with my mum!!! 
Luckily I a got to the door before her... |

We'd written to them first via the mailbox and naively given our address. Sadly we had only seen 1pic of the lady and, as became so parent, his description of himself was not accurate. . .
We were young and stupid and it was our first foray into swinging. |

We used a local free paper that had ads in the classified, you had to leave messages on a premium rate phone line. Funnily enough, it actually worked, probably because you only bothered with the hassle if you were serious about meeting. |

Met a fine couple that way... back in 1990s. It was hard work as you had to make the effort to hand write, post and then wait for a return postal reply. I guess it also ed out all the time wasters! Good fun in the gud old days! |

My first swing was in 96. It was by pure chance. Got chatting in the pub with another couple. Went back to theirs after. The girl I was with at the time went into the bedroom whilst I was in the front room. About 5 mins later she had gotten cold feet and announced we were leaving. I had my hands on a rather good pair of boobs at the time. Left the house with a Hard on and gutted lol |
