If you see a closed door at a party do you walk on by or knock and enter?
I would have assumed the former. If they wanted to be watched or joined they'd leave the door open.
I have very little experience of parties and would love to hear the views of regular party goers on the etiquette of closed doors at parties.

Some places have notices on the door saying you can knock and wait for an invitation but rarely has this happen...single men often just open the door and wank in the doorway |

I just thought the whole idea of the door being closed meant they don't want to be disturbed |
