Is it a turn off if a woman seeks you out?
Whqt do other women think about ladies would are very sexually "forward /aggressive "
If that's the right phrase.
I ask coz jools seems to worry more about what other women think of her than men.
Is this normal for a woman? |

She always feels judged when going to clubs.
By the women.
It's odd coz she must notice something I don't.
Women must have bitchdar
Like the bitch equivalent of gaydar. |

I like strong confident woman who know their strength and use it in a positive way. Sadly because of glass ceilings in industry, some try and adopt an alpha male persona and they do themselves a huge dis-service. Most would get there on their own ability.
I don't like women who belittle men in the same way as I don't like it in reverse. On here, it is more the former. |

Tell her to go for it.
I don't understand guys who are threatened by a woman who knows what she wants.
Nothing worse than a woman who doesn't know - it's like pulling teeth..., |

I prefer forward women anyday.
I'm not a fan of shy/timid/indecision women.
Do you fancy meeting up for a drink?
Yeah sure.
Ok I'm free Wednesday, how's that?
Yeah that sounds good.
Meet at costa in town?
Yeah that would be good.
I'm free all day so what times best for you?
Whenever you want I'm not fussed
..... Just make a decision it's not a hard question. |

I worked under a female head teacher who was like that. Before she started we were told she was ballsy, after a week I had her down as trying too hard to assert herself. She would belittle members of staff in front of anyone. |

We have found that if MrsH is too forward a lot of guys can not handle it especially on nights out round town. She will dance and flirt then offer to take them off for fun but most bottle out. If she plays it down and they ask it tends to work out better! ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

I'm forward and confident but incredibly respectful and aware of how others feel. I would never make myself feel better by making others feel bad about themselves.
Sadly a number of men have not appreciated this aspect of my personality and have responded quite negatively to it. But I don't let that worry me. |

Men would generally prefer to take the lead. Alpha male syndrome. Most of the friends I have on here have come about from people who have contacted me first having said that. And most are ladies. |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
If I didn't make the first move at clubs I wouldn't have any sex at all, so I have to take a deep breath and get stuck in. I don't really care if that upsets other women though. Why should it? Unless I'm banging their husband without realising. ![](/icons/s/twisted.gif) |

Ditto, I don't see the point in fluttering my eyelashes and hoping a guy notices, I just go and tell them I think they are hot. ![](/icons/s/twisted.gif) |
