I've always quite liked the term 'muff diving', thought of it as quite an innocent, witty little term. I've recently been informed that some people hate it/find it offensive. Have I been wrong all this time..is it considered on a par with something like 'carpet munching'? |

Muff diving reminds me of my youth many many moons ago when if it was said everyone giggled like naughty little kids.
It's not offensive to me just sounds childish. |

"There’s a village in Donegal, Ireland, called Muff. They have their own diving club and gin "
Apparently has the largest number of affiliate memberships of any amateur sports club, not least cause of the merch they sell |
