As long as your partner knows your activities no as its just a job & a hard one at that (excuse the pun).
Mine & John's jobs involve having sex with others but its just work to us like working in an office/factory etc, as long as you don't take your work home its fine.
My mate Marino used to be a Chippendale & he had his fair share of women groping so it is almost impossible to avoid, be honest with your partner & enjoy your work.
