For men? Mines usually 20ish years younger to 5 years younger. I do ok  When I turn 50,if I'm still here,I'm thinking of staying around my own age and above. |

I am 10 years younger but only 2 years older because men lie on here surprise surprise and knock off 5 years at least, I'd rather think god you look great compare to OMG you had a hard paper round!   |

Mine's 30-40... I like older men (and women!) but I don't want to play with someone who's almost old enough to be my parent. When I get older, I won't want to play with someone young enough to be my child either  |

I don't have to justify my age preference on here to anyone. I like younger men and I have them,often. Now you say they have low standards blah blah,will shag anything etc etc |

We have 22-35 as our age range. It's five years older than Marc and four years younger than me. So it's pretty much right around our ages, neither older nor younger. And it's working out for us just fine

Nor should you have to justify your age preference, or any other for that matter. It's exactly that - your preference, and not anybody else's. You're on this site to do what you want to do!

I much prefer the younger guy...my preference is 10 ish years younger although I have partaken in someone 25 years younger until he told me his dad was the same age as me and that freaked me out!! |

Not really that restrictive on age limits, but rarely in my life have I met a woman under 30 who really wants to go on a journey....
Experiance, confidence, mental strength are required and it seems these only come with age. |

Tbh I find that on swinger or hook up sites. Women get away with murder. Forget what she looks like or how old she is. If she has a female profile. Men from 18-100 would line up to meet her. Sometimes I want to hand in my man card. |

Fucking dangerous game though... I hate being ambushed. Total opposite to what I expect turns up and I'm walking away.
Added to that I almost always go social first, unless we have killer rapport... No click = no go!

That's a 25 year age differential, but your is 20 years.

According to my maths there is a 10 year age differential either side of my age.
However if my upper age limit wanted to play with my lower limit and cut out the middle man ( ie me) then you would indeed be right abd that would certainly matter, to me at least. |

Younger guys really don't appeal other than on the attraction level....they tend not to have that imagination and mental capacity that older guys have. Not a generalisation, just my experience....hence why I haven't filtered out younger guys |

I used to stick ten years either side but now I've changed that, I find its about the individual and how they look after themselves and how they come across personality wise.
Best meet I've had was a few years back with I rather posh lady of 57, she looked amazing but then I recently met a 26 year old girl was fantastic too, that said the girl had smarts which is always appealing |

Ivy is 21 and doesn't like younger than her women or men and has always played with older people so our age range is 24-35 with no set in stone on the top age but never younger than R
It comes down to chemistry though not age when meeting in the club for the first time. |

What makes it all nonsense is that the people I have met and know, and had fun with.... and then I bump into them on here... And most of them have me outside their age range I have a type I find attractive.. Age tends to be secondary. Find the same in relationships as well. |

Good point, I changed mine when I met my bf as he was out of my age preference, but we clicked anyway - my reasoning was that if I met someone near my age they would be looking for a relationship, so I did, despite myself, and it happened .... not that I am knocking it |

A gap of 20 years+ is just too huge for me on the upper end. (And I can't think why someone of that age would be interested in me anyway)
My preferences are 25-46 +/- a year or 2 each side.
I've only gone below 25 twice.
No guy on this site would have turned either down being bluntly honest.
I've never met below 25 since. The interest wouldn't be there I would doubt.

Hmmm tricky balancing act really. Think it all has to do with how old you are and how old you feel. My experience has been that most people look at your age and then decide if they feel comfortable with that before actually taking it any further. So most 20-30 year old tend to shun anyone over 35-40 cos it's a bit like shagging your parents. Conversely a lot of people over 35 would happily hump someone between the ages of 18 and 25. Equally a lot of people under the age of 45 would run a mile from someone over 55. The mental image tends to be that if you are heading up 60 you are wrinkly and past it. Yet looking on here there are some extremely fit folk of both genders who are that sort of age. Groucho Marx was dead right when he said that a man is only as old as the woman he feels. Some days I feel like an 18 year old - but it's a bugger to catch one |
