She could have had the infection for years without symptoms.
Not sure if some people can have chlamydia and it doesn't show up in testing, i know some diseases do this. |

You can catch hepatitis from sharing a cup. When i was in a youth hostel te staff had to stop sharing their cups with us because of this, and have jabs. |

Actually it was 20+ years ago so fuck knows but there was a reason why we couldn't share cups any more. Probably had something to do with us all fucking around though...and the jabs were mentioned at the same time, i might have got confused.
All i can find is contradictory advice on the interwebs.

Ok, I've got a cafe and we have regular health inspections and we've never been told that, just need hot water.
Maybe the staff at the hostel just had their favourite cups. As we all do |

Yeah could be. I was well pissed off when the new worker took my cup as hers a few years ago.
Might have been the opinion at the time as well? Medical opinion changes all the time. |
