can any good fabsters help

Best way is to find the right partner for it. It is all about patience and technique and how much he turned you on.
However you should be able to relax and trust him fully which isn't easy especially after a (few) bad experience(s). He must turn you on fully, a good and long and deep rimming may help a lot! |

if you can have them and dont mind them you can have a whiff of poppers ( bit like laughing gas) and just take edge of and relax everywhere, plenty of lube .... before i get jumped on thats my choice though can manage without once in im fine :O
