I had a guy ask me out not long back, I have to admit I really like him, no I REALLY like him and in another life I will jump at the chance but in this life I just dont see it as appropriate

I do community nursing and I go into his mother who is terminal with cancer, I've been going into her for a long time now and this guy is her son who I have gotten to know really well, we get on so well, always have a laugh, have loads in common he's just a great guy

I just don't think going out with him would be right so with a heavy heart I declined his offer

If you both like each other I dont see the problem. Obviously now is not the right time, what with his mother being so close to the end of her life. After the inevitable maybe have another think.
