he needs to be able to let you know what he enjoys, the more help you get to hit the particular buttons the better.
A willingness to take part fully in the proceedings, all too many men just sit back and take what comes, if your lucky you get a bit of a suck and a lick at the start then that's it.
Most forget women have erogenous zones, sensitive spots, chests, nipples, a neck, ears, mouth etc.
Personally I think as many men could be described as crap in bed as women, way too many black n decker worktops out there or those that think it's all about what a woman can do for them.

The ability to read signals coming from the other person
The ability to talk about sex
The ability to maintain an erection
To know where the erogenous zones are
To understand that what one woman loves another may hate
To know that "bits" get sensative and that can be bad, watch for the tell tale signs and reactions
To know that there are necks, ears, toes, ankles and lots of other parts that need attention not just pussies and boobs.
To kiss not suffocate
To know when to be firm or even rough and when to be gentle
To know what time the wife is coming home |

Lots of things mentioned above but the ability to laugh when things don't always go according to plan, really helps!
