I've been going through this for about 4 months. The cum would flow but there were no contraction. Or spasms that usually accompany an orgasm. I also had a numbness around my crotch that made sex and oral pretty sensationless. I've found it's linked to depression and anxiety. It's also bloody frustrating!
Exercising more and reducing caffeine and stressors has helped a lot. Hope you get past it Mate.
